1.Accepted Payment Methods

We currently support the following payment methods for your convenience:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)– Pay in cash when your order is delivered.

• Mobile Banking & Wallets– bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and similar services.

• Bank Transfer / Deposit– Payment to our designated company bank account.

• Debit & Credit Cards– Visa, MasterCard, and other cards processed through secure payment gateways.

2. Payment Conditions

• All payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully completed, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

• For large payments (above [insert threshold, e.g., BDT 100,000]), customers may be required to make direct bank deposits.

• No credit sales are permitted. Products are delivered only against confirmed payment.

 

3. Security & Compliance

• All online transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant and SSL-encrypted payment gateways.

• Pranon does not store your complete debit/credit card information.

• Our systems follow the requirements of the Bangladesh ICT Act and international best practices for payment security.

 

4. Order Verification

• To prevent fraud, Pranon reserves the right to verify your payment details before processing orders.

• Orders may be held or cancelled if suspicious activity is detected.

 

5. Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

• Refunds are issued only through the original payment method (e.g., card, bank transfer, mobile wallet) within the defined processing timeline.
