1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver products nationwide in Bangladesh.

Delivery outside Bangladesh is not available at this time.

Certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable; in such cases, our team will inform you.
2. Delivery Timelines

Dhaka Metropolitan Area:Standard delivery within 1–3 business days.

Other Cities & Districts:Delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on location.

Special/Express Delivery (if offered): May be available at additional cost.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g.,strikes, natural disasters, courier delays).
3. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges may apply based on product size, weight, and location.

Free delivery may be offered for orders above a specified amount (e.g., BDT 2,000).

Shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in most locations.

Customers must ensure the exact payment amount is available at delivery.

In case of delivery to a third party (family, office staff, etc.), Pranon will consider the delivery successfully completed.

While we make every effort to deliver on time, Pranon is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen events, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept without valid reason, re-delivery charges may apply.

After multiple failed attempts, the order may be cancelled, and applicable cancellation fees deducted.
