These Terms & Conditions(“Terms”) govern all transactions made through pranon.net and its mobile applications (the “Services”), operated by Pranon  Limited (“Pranon,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order with Pranon, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. General

• These Terms apply to all sales, purchases, and related services on Pranon.net.

• By ordering products, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• Pranon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

 

2. Products & Pricing

• Product descriptions, specifications, and prices are listed on Pranon.net.

• While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to  correct pricing or cancel affected orders.

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT/Tax, unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order on Pranon.net constitutes an offer to purchase.

• We will confirm acceptance of your order via email, SMS, or account notification.

• Orders may be rejected or cancelled due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

4. Payment

• Accepted payment methods:

  > Cash on Delivery (COD)

  > Bank Transfer

  > Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.)

  > Debit/Credit Cards (via secure gateways)

• Payment must be completed in full before delivery, except COD orders.
• Pranon does not store sensitive card details. All payments are processed through PCI DSS-compliant gateways.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

• Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance; delays may occur due to external factors.

• Title and risk of loss for products passed to you upon successful delivery.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

• To be eligible, products must meet the specified conditions in those policies.

• Refunds will be processed within the specified timeline, usually 7–14 business days.

 

7. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate order and payment information.

• You must not engage in fraudulent activity, misuse promotions, or resell products without authorization.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

• Pranon’s liability for any product is limited to the purchase price paid.

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

 

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and logos on Pranon.net are the property of Pranon Express Limited.

• No license or right is granted to use them without prior written consent.

 

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
