Refund Policy 
At Pranon.net, we strive to provide quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
 
         1. Eligibility for Refunds
                 Refunds are provided in the following cases:
  • You received a defective or damaged product.

  • You received the wrong item that does not match your order.

  • The product was not delivered within the promised timeframe (except for delays beyond our control, such as natural disasters or strikes).

  • Your order was cancelled by Pranon due to stock unavailabilit y or payment verification failure.

        Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • The issue arises due to customer error (e.g., wrong address, refusal to accept without valid reason).

  • The product is a non-returnable/excluded item (see Return Policy for list)

2. Refund Process

 

  • Customers must request a refund by contacting  info@pranon.com  or our customer service team within 3 working days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or payment receipt) is required.

  • Once the request is verified, Pranon will process the refund.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Online payments → refunded to the same card, bank account, or mobile wallet.

  • Bank transfer payments → refunded to the originating bank account.

  • COD payments → refunded via bank deposit or mobile wallet.
Refunds will not be issued in cash.
 

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and banking channels.

  • Delays may occur due to bank or mobile payment provider policies, which are beyond our control.

 

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Only part of the order was incorrect or damaged.

  • A replacement item is not available, and the customer accepts a partial refund.

 

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the refund is due to Pranon’s error (defective, damaged, or wrong product), return shipping charges will be covered by Pranon.

  • If the refund is requested due to customer preference or error, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

 

7. Changes to Refund Policy

Pranon may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
